StudentScholars 'Public Speaking - Be An Effective Speaker' is a high-demand program to boost confidence and personal development and improve communication skills.
Our program is conducted by professional public speakers or OCT teachers qualified in Public Speaking. Students will learn techniques of speech, writing effective speeches and presentations and presenting to small and large groups.

StudentScholars ' Digital Art Program'
Program Description:
Learners will have an individual session with a qualified instructor to learn digital drawing in a fun & interactive lesson. This course was designed and executed several times in the past to help many individuals improve their drawing skills.
This program is suitable for any level: beginner, intermediate or advanced learners. Leaners will be introduced to or perfect the skill in digital drawing.
Prerequisites:
1. Learners should have an Ipad or Android Tab
2. Learners should have a 'Pen' that works with touch screen
3. Learners should install the 'Autodesk SketchBook App' on Ipad/Android Tab
What will you learn:
Line drawing: learn how to draw quick smooth lines, curves, start improving muscle memory
Shape drawing: learn to draw quick smooth circles and other shapes combine multiple shapes to create an object or character
Perspective drawing: learn drawing shapes in 1 point, 2 point and 3 point perspective
Character/object drawing: learn how to put the lines and shapes put together to form an object or character
Imaginary Drawing: learn to draw things out of your head
Coloring and shading: learn how colouring and shading bring life to your drawing

StudentScholars 'Public Speaking & Debate -Ages 8- 13
Program Description:
This is a hands-on and interactive program geared to boost confidence, personal development and improve communication skills in our learners. Learners will learn to think, develop their ideas and present in an effective manner. We cover a new debate topic at each class once a week.
-Introduction:
Instructors will provide a brief overview at the start of class for new learners.
-Warming Up:
At the start of the class, students will be given a non-research topic. They will have 5 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to individually deliver their speech. Learners will receive pointers on how to improve their speech for the next week's lesson.
-Lets Debate:
The second half of the class, learners will focus on debate. The debate topics are listed below so that the leaners will be able to conduct research on the topic and prepare an opening and closing argument before each class.
