Tuition Fees 2025-2026
PRIVATE SCHOOL Fee Schedule — JK / SK and Elementary Programs

Registration Fee (for new registrants) – $350 one time non-refundable.

Annual Program Fee (In-house events, Program Material, Year Book) – $550 per year upon registration.

Enrolment is for the whole school year.

NO refunds for illness, vacation time or school holidays. The fees are subject to change.
Kindergarten & Junior Primary: JK,SK,GR 1 (4 – 6 Years Old) – English Program
5 Full Days • Monday to Friday • 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM • $1,860.00/month
5 Full Days (Extended) • Monday to Friday • 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM • $2,360.00/month
Fee is inclusive of academic materials.
2025-2026 Registration Policy:
Responsibility for Fee Payment
Parents are responsible for the payment of fees per this schedule. Any student whose account has not been paid promptly or has not made acceptable payment arrangements with the office may not be permitted to attend class, school activities, re-enroll in the school. Late payments beyond 30 days may be subject to Late Payment Fees.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable Registration Fee of $350 and annual event and material fee of $550 is due upon registration to secure your child’s placement for the 2025-26 school year. Secured registrations help us plan for the upcoming year by hiring and retaining teachers to support our 6:1 classroom ratio. This fee is only refundable if you choose to withdraw your child’s registration prior to August 25, 2025.
Payment Options
Base tuition fees are $18,600 for the 2025-2026 school year. Payment plans (ie. scheduled installments, or monthly payments) are available for an additional administrative fee. For these options, post-dated cheques must be provided.
Sibling Discount
Families with two or more children enrolled will receive a 5% discount per child on total tuition fees, but is not applicable on the deposit for each child.
Mid-Year Entry
In the case of registration after September 3, 2025, fees will be pro-rated based on the number of school days remaining in the school year, plus the registration fee of $550.
Extended Day Options
Our school day begins at 8:30am ends at 3:30pm. Before and After School is available at $2,370 monthly.
Camps
Summer Camp fees is NOT included in the Annual Tuition Fees. Camps are charged at the posted rates. Enrollment is subject to availability.
Withdrawal
Notice of student withdrawal must be made in writing. Withdrawal after August 25, 2025 will result in 50% reimbursement of Tuition Fees for the remainder of the school year. The Registration Fee will not be refunded. Any fees still outstanding will be due upon withdrawal.
Force Majeure Clause
The above withdrawal policy is not applicable during a time of Force Majeure; an Act of God or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. pandemic, quarantine, natural disaster, etc.).
In such a Force Majeure situation, StudentScholars will make every effort to provide instruction through Virtual Learning. In the case that StudentScholars is unable to provide comparable instructional programming through online learning methods, a credit towards tuition fees will be applied.
All withdrawal requests made during the Force Majeure period will be provided with a credit, calculated as per the withdrawal policy towards a future program registration. The lifetime credit can be used towards any future StudentScholars program registration and is transferable to any immediate family member.
